Fall 2026 MBP Ambassadors


Welcome to the Fall 2026 term of the Mandy Beth Photography ambassador program! I'm so so so excited to have such a stellar group of artists to create with this term and can't wait for all the fun ahead. Please bookmark this link - the dashboard will hopefully be your "one stop" for the program and will be edited/updated over time with links to sessions as they are planned.

Ready? Let's Gooo!

To finalize your acceptance into the Mandy Beth Photography Ambassador Program, please complete the following steps by the end of Wednesday, September 16th. The team will be announced on social media on or before September 19th. Even though we are all super excited, please do not share that you are on the team until everyone's registration is complete and MBP has posted the announcement.

  1. Register for the ambassador program HERE. This link will take you through an ambassador program contract (it will have a "session date" for the start of the term - this date is not a photo session) as well as some questions. For this ambassador term, there is an option to sign up for either two or three sessions. A retainer of $175 is due at the time of signing up no matter what package is selected. Payments can be made on the balance through October 31st (which is why the "date" is set for this time). Please read through everything carefully! At the time of registration, you will also select your session dates and fill out a questionnaire for your dancer - some answers may be used for future ambassador spotlight posts. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out.
  2. Text your favorite vertical photo of your dancer to 817-896-6784 (along with dancer/parent name so I can save you in my contacts). The photo needs to be taken by either Mandy Beth Photography or a personal photo - please do not send in an image taken by another professional photographer. This image will be used to create a graphic for IG stories announcing the team on or before September 15th (your dancer's account will be tagged so you can repost as well), so please avoid images that are pulled way back.
  3. Sign up for the GroupMe chat by clicking HERE so that you can be kept in the loop for information. A parent/guardian for each ambassador is needed on the chat so that session details and scheduling can be confirmed. Please only send messages that apply to the full group through the GroupMe chat. (I'll wait for the whole team to be on there before sending info through GroupMe so that nobody misses any info.) Please know that I will do my best to respond when I'm able (thank you in advance for your patience as I'm a parent, too!).
  4. Scroll down to review information on upcoming sessions, social media safety, content tips, etc. More information will come as the team is finalized.
  5. After the team is announced on social media, add "@mandybethphoto.dance ambassador" to your Instagram bio line and follow all of the other ambassador accounts (listed below once registration is finalized).


If you are no longer able to participate in the program this term, please let MBP know immediately. I hope to work together in the future and am cheering you on always. <3

Social Media Safety


While having an active social media account is part of being an ambassador, please know that MBP wants to prioritize safety. Accounts can be public or private.


If your dancer's account is private, please always post your MBP image posts to stories in addition to your grid and tag "mandybethphoto.dance" so that MBP can share, as cross promotion is a goal of the program. Posting the image separately simply adds a quick step of using the image (from your phone) to create a new story as MBP cannot share a published post from private accounts.


MBP routinely screens followers and story viewers - I am liberal with the block button if I even get a whiff of inappropriateness. If there is ever an account that I need to be aware of, please let me know.


Review the following tips to help safeguard your dancer's account:

  • regularly review followers and story viewers - accounts that don't have mutual ties to the local dance community need extra scrutiny
  • examine the each follower’s profile carefully - be cautious of accounts with generic usernames, no posts, or limited information (also view the type of accounts they follow)
  • inappropriate profiles should be blocked and reported to Instagram
  • disable direct messages from people who aren’t following the account to reduce unwanted contact
  • set up Instagram’s comment moderation feature, which filters out inappropriate words and phrases
  • review comments on posts regularly, especially on high-engagement posts
  • bots often have blank profiles, random strings of numbers or letters as usernames, or posts that are unrelated to dance
  • you can disable the option to allow others to tag your child, preventing unapproved tags
  • turn on two-factor authentication to ensure that only authorized users can access the account. This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second verification step, such as a code sent to your phone

Below is a list of the MBP Ambassador Team, Instagram profile names, and coupon codes. As ambassadors, it is always appreciated when you help to promote MBP sessions by posting to your profile and stories. Add in your coupon code so your followers can save 10% off. As they do, you will earn $20 credit towards any future MBP session. (Coupon codes/ambassador credits do not apply to ambassdor program balances or to "volume" jobs with a hosting organization such as company/studio/team shoots, recital photos, etc.) Everyone's totals will be communicated to them at the end of the term.
